Low-cooked, shredded lamb served on a bed of rice, topped with grilled tomatoes and peppers, accompanied by a demi-glace sauce.

VEGETABLE CASSEROLE (D)

Mixed fresh peppers, onions, mushrooms, aubergine, courgette, and spinach baked in a tomato sauce, topped with golden melted cheese. Served with rice.
